By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into binding contracts, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Geek For Me provides professional printing services including, but not limited to, business cards, banners, flyers, brochures, stationery, labels, and promotional items. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding orders. They constitute an invitation to do business. A binding contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (by email).
Upon accepting your order, we will issue a written confirmation. It is your responsibility to review all details for accuracy before production begins.
All prices are quoted in the currency specified at time of quotation. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and deposit paid, the quoted price is fixed.
You are responsible for supplying artwork that meets our file requirements (resolution, colour mode, bleed, fonts). While we review files before printing, we do not guarantee to catch all issues and are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork that pass our review.
Production begins only after artwork is approved by you (by email or online confirmation). By approving, you accept full responsibility for the content, accuracy, and legal compliance of the artwork.
You warrant that you own or have valid rights to use all content (images, logos, text) in your artwork. You indemnify Geek For Me against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in your submitted materials.
We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
Payment terms will be specified at the time of quotation. We typically require full payment or a confirmed deposit before production commences. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order. Failure to pay in accordance with agreed terms may result in cancellation of your order.
Turnaround times are estimated and begin once artwork is approved and full payment is received. Whilst we make every effort to meet stated timescales, turnaround times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses arising from production delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Due to inherent differences between screen displays and physical print processes, we cannot guarantee that printed colours will exactly match colours as they appear on your screen. Where colour accuracy is critical, please discuss this with us before placing your order. We operate within standard industry colour tolerances.
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party delivery services once goods are handed over for shipment.

Cancellations may be accepted prior to production commencing. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and any payment made may be non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geek For Me's liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
You agree to indemnify and hold Geek For Me harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal costs) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) infringement of any third party's rights through your artwork or order; or (c) any unlawful use of our services.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to our place of business.
